Dental Insurance & Benefits
Dental benefits are a wonderful way to help make dental care more affordable, but it’s important to remember that your insurance plan is designed to assist with treatment costs and not determine the care you need. Every plan is different, and coverage can vary significantly. This means the treatment recommended by your dentist may not always be covered, or may only be partially covered, by your dental benefits.
We’re happy to help you make the most of your insurance! We accept assignment of benefits from most insurance providers and, when your plan allows, we’ll submit your claims electronically. This can help reduce your out-of-pocket costs at the time of your visit and speed up reimbursement from your insurance company.
While we’re always here to help navigate your benefits, please note that you are ultimately responsible for all fees associated with your treatment, regardless of your insurance coverage.
As a courtesy, we’ll submit your claims and help monitor their progress. If your insurance information changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can keep your records up to date. Most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks. Any balance remaining after that time will be your responsibility.
Thank you for allowing us to assist with your dental benefits, we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have!
